For Parents
High School and Junior High Parents! Before you can be eligible to play:
- Final Forms: Complete the Reynoldsburg Final Forms to be registered to play softball. Parents and athletes will need each to create an account and sign off on the various forms the school requires. Visit: https://reynoldsburg-oh.finalforms.com/. Note: Junior High students do not pay your fees within Final Forms (See below).
- Turn in your Physical and make sure it is up to date!

As a reminder, OHSAA rules apply at the Junior High and High School level. Please familiarize yourself and your student-athlete with the regulations contained here:
For High School Players:
- Payment: High School athletes will pay their fees through Final Forms (or if payment cannot be made online, drop the payment off to the Athletic Directors’ office during working hours).
For Junior High Players:
- Payment: Do not pay through Final Forms or to the school! Junior High athletes will pay their fees to the Lady Raider Diamond Club. Fees are due no later than March 15th. All fees need to be accounted for prior to the start of games.
