Purpose:

The Lady Raider Diamond Club was founded for the purpose of broadening the involvement of students and student families within the Reynoldsburg school district and community, through education and opportunities in athletics and the sport of Softball. 

We believe participation in sports programs contributes to the health and well-being of our students and their families, and builds leaders in our community.  Historically, we have partnered with the Reynoldsburg school district and the Reynoldsburg City Parks & Recreation department to create opportunities for student athletes who wish to compete and grow as members of this community.  We provide infrastructure support including uniforms, field maintenance, storage facilities, field equipment, supplies, and athletic training equipment for both High School and Middle School teams, as well as staffing the games and events.  This support covers five fields within the Reynoldsburg School District, including two fields at Baldwin Middle School, one field at Waggoner Middle School, and two fields at Summit High School.

In 2018, the LRDC filed for Non-Profit status as a 501(C)(3) in the State of Ohio. Our Federal EIN is 83-2398971. This formalization of the organization allows us to conduct more efficient fundraising, receive gifts, grants, and contributions that otherwise would be difficult or impossible to obtain. In addition, this status allows us to engage local business with a higher level of integrity and accountability thus making it safer for organizations to partner with us for the betterment of the program.
